Overview
A restorative monthly Community Sound Bath held in a heated Yurt at The Hospice of St Francis in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, with gorgeous views of woodlands, water gardens and the night sky. You'll be guided into a comfortable, restful position as the sounds and vibrations of the session wash over you, creating space for deep relaxation, rest and restoration. Limited to just 8 people on the first Friday of every month, with proceeds supporting The Hospice of St Francis. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, cushion and water bottle. To book, hit the Book Now button.
